Refund Policy
Last updated: 17 September 2026
All GroundLense payments are non-refundable. This includes metre credit packs bought through Razorpay (test or live), unused metres remaining in an organisation wallet, and any GST charged at checkout.
What you buy
Organisations buy metre credits at the published slab rate plus GST as applicable. Credits sit in the organisation wallet and are reserved or spent as planned depths are accepted. Unused metres stay in the wallet for later projects. They are not cash back and cannot be withdrawn.
What is not refunded
- Completed Razorpay charges, including failed later work or unused metres.
- Credits locked to a project after you Accept planned depths.
- Duplicate purchases, operator error, or a change of mind after payment.
Charge errors
If Razorpay shows a successful charge that did not credit your wallet, email info@groundlense.com with the order id. We will investigate the payment record. That is not a refund of used or unused metres.
